Kevin, since 2012 is founding Head of Dwight School Seoul, the first three programme International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Seoul, South Korea. In 2015, he became Executive Director and member of Brookes Education Group; a global education network housing schools in Canada, U.S.A., Russia, South Korea, India and the United Kingdom. Kevin has over 25 years working experience in international education and the IB. 

Kevin is a highly motivated and strategic global executive with extensive educational leadership experience having held positions as global executive director, headmaster and senior leader of schools on three continents.

His experience transcends borders working across Asia and Europe. Kevin’s passion for education and expertise in IB World Schools saw him appointed as Chair for Council of International Schools (CIS) and IB authorization teams across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. His experience in remote parts of Africa, East Asia, North and Southern Europe, Canada and the United States developed global education business networks.

In 2019, Kevin became a member of the board and is acting treasure of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, Kevin initiated and chaired the first IB Association of Schools in South Korea and sits on organization boards located in South Korea, India and USA.

Building and aligning school development projects, global recruitment and management practices has been an integral part of his professional career. Known as an optimistic and inspiring leader, Kevin understands what it means to be a lifelong learner. He has a genuine belief in recognizing people at all levels of the organization, and in nurturing collaborative team building and communication.

Kevin currently resides in Seoul, South Korea where he has learned to appreciate Korean culture and identity. Korea, like Canada share two things in common. A passion for education and business. Business interests go beyond simple networking connections. Education enables personal and professional growth.
