Canada–Korea industrial cooperation continues to deepen
South Korea’s Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy visited Ottawa in early May to strengthen bilateral cooperation with Canada across hydrogen, critical minerals, defence, and advanced manufacturing. The visit resulted in new agreements on icebreaker research and industrial technology collaboration, reflecting growing momentum in Canada-Korea partnership across energy transition and innovation.
