Mr. Jinhong Kim is the Managing Director of AtkinsRéalis Korea, bringing more than 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, and project delivery across the life sciences, advanced manufacturing, industrial, and energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including Project Manager, Project Director, and Representative Director, successfully leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams across Korea and Asia.

Mr. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and has extensive expertise in process engineering, GMP compliance, quality management, commissioning and qualification (C&Q), and the
delivery of large-scale industrial facilities.

As Managing Director of AtkinsRéalis Korea, he leads the company’s growth across Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, Energy, Nuclear, and Defence sectors. Leveraging AtkinsRéalis’ global capabilities and network, he supports both international clients entering the Korean market and Korean companies expanding globally, helping deliver complex projects and sustainable growth across multiple industries. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, Mr. Kim is committed to advancing industrial innovation, energy transition, and critical infrastructure development while strengthening collaboration between Korea and global markets.
