Melanie Oh is the Executive Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (CanCham Korea), where she leads the Chamber’s strategic programs, government relations, and industry partnerships to strengthen economic and cultural ties between Canada and South Korea. Under her leadership, CanCham Korea has expanded its engagement across the Indo-Pacific region, supporting Canadian and Korean companies in sectors including innovation, clean energy, culture, media, and the creative industries.

With a background rooted in the arts, Melanie holds a B.A. in Art History from Western University in Ontario, Canada. She brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her work, bridging business, culture, and community across both countries. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections, elevating Canada’s presence in Korea, and advancing cultural exchange through business collaboration and creative engagement.
