Paul Jang is General Counsel, Head of International Legal for Hyundai Group.

Mr. Jang is also a Co-Representative Director at Able Hyundai Hotel & Resort Co., Ltd., the owning company of Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul and Head of Compliance at Hyundai Property Co., Ltd., both affiliate companies within the Hyundai Group.

Mr. Jang joined Hyundai Group in 2012 and is responsible for all international legal issues on projects for the Hyundai Group affiliate companies. He has over 25 years of experience in litigation, cross-border investment, acquisition and financing projects, and a wide array of corporate matters having worked at prestigious firms and companies in legal, investment banking, financial services, logistics and manufacturing.

Mr. Jang has bar admissions in New York, USA and Ontario, Canada.
