Randy Simes is Head of Advisory Services at WSP Korea, with regional oversight spanning Singapore, Korea, and other Asian markets. Based in Seoul for more than 15 years, he advises companies on planning, design, development, acquisition, and disposition strategies across the real estate sector in Korea and throughout Asia.

Representing one of the largest Canadian private-sector firms operating in Korea, Randy brings extensive experience in urban development, infrastructure, and real estate advisory. His work focuses on improving the built environment and supporting sustainable, high-performing cities.

Randy serves on the Board of Directors of CanCham Korea, where he contributes to strengthening the Chamber’s engagement with the business community and advancing Canadian commercial interests in the region.
