Steve Han is Country Head of Rio Tinto Korea, overseeing business development, customer engagement, and market strategy in one of Asia’s key industrial markets. With more than 20 years of experience in the metals and mining industry, he has contributed to strengthening Rio Tinto’s commercial presence and strategic partnerships in Korea.

Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Steve held leadership roles at LX International in metals trading, managing portfolios that included copper, aluminum, tin, and precious metals. He directed large-scale trading operations, implemented risk management strategies, and developed structured commercial solutions across global markets.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors of CanCham Korea.
