Victor Lee is Director of the Alberta Government Office in Korea. He brings more than 15 years of experience in international business development and foreign affairs, with a focus on trade and investment across the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to his current role, Victor served as Managing Director of the Saskatchewan India Office and as Trade and Investment Director for Asia Pacific at Alberta’s Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Tourism. He also worked as a Trading Manager in Mineral and Energy Resources at Mitsui & Co. Earlier in his career, he gained international business experience with E*TRADE, the Korean Consulate General’s Office in Toronto, and the University of Toronto’s Centre for International Experience.
Victor is a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP® | FIBP®). He holds a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Business in Milan, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and a degree in Commerce and Asia Pacific Studies from the University of Toronto, Trinity College.
